The Scottish Buddhist Cookbook is collection of short stories dealing with manic depression, lots of crockpot recipes, a little Scottish Buddhist propaganda and a helpful guide to building a Great Highland bagpipe. 

Braveliver is a book of short stories about the author's attempt to work every single job in Seattle, and a profile of Elmer Fisher, the bipolar architect who rebuilt Pioneer Square after the Great Fire of 1889 before disappearing into obscurity.

Chainsaw is a collection of short stories about chasing whales, finding the perfect job on an international fast ferry, and restoring an almost one hundred-year-old classic boat. Chainsaw will be published in the Summer of 2026
